Project Details
A renovation of a residential flat. The works included a complete strip out of the old finishes of the flat and completely refinished. All the usual trades were present for this refurbishment.
Specialized features within this flat included some major alteration to the planning of the rooms and feature cabinets which canter lever from the wall to form the sink cabinet to the master bathroom.
The project also included a wine cellar that featured a rock faced back wall. All the windows were replaced and the refurbishment used natural stone extensively through out the house.
